The root is the hook thickness at the plate. It carries the load across the print layers, so the projection is at most 2.5 times the root and never over 60 mm.

Measure the wall. The screw spacing is the distance between two screw centers. Every countersink keeps 8 mm of plate around it.

Print this ring first. It uses little material and shows whether the tray fits the drawer. The ring wall is never thinner than 2 mm, even if the tray wall is set thinner.

Print the rail with the plate flat on the bed and the hooks pointing up. Every hook arm stands vertical, and the only face that points down is the 45 degree ramp under each lip.
